Did you know that a wagging tail is not necessarily the sign of a happy dog? It can be suprising to approach a tail wagging dog only to get growled or barked at. Other signs of dog body language should be considered when approaching any dog. Posture, position, ears, mouth and tail position can all communicate something other than "happy". There are many great resources online to learn how to read a dog's body language. Of course, a wagging tail can be a very happy and excited dog, especially when their entire body is also going wiggle, wiggle!

Our Philosophy: We believe that it is critical to find a balance between socialization, exercise, and play time for dogs of all ages. Everyone that visits must be able to get along with other dogs so they are able to participate in our social program. We are not able to provide services to those who cannot play nicely or those that play too "ruff".
We are ON THE WAY TO DIA, only four blocks off of I-70 with easy access at Exit 277.
Requirements: Your dog must be neutered or spayed by six months of age and must be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella every six months and Canine Influenza. All new dogs must come in for a full evaluation day and we will be happy to waive the Canine Influenza requirement for that first visit. Puppies need to learn how to play properly and become socialized with other puppies and young dogs at a very early age from about 10 weeks of age. We will introduce your puppy to other dogs a few at a time until they are comfortable being in with all the dogs of their size or temperament.
